  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • cheese - 1 c
  • pineapple chunks - 1 c
  • stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item

How to make pineapple casserole:

Melt butter and mix in sugar and flour. Pour mixture over pineapple chunks placed in bottom of glass casserole dish. Top with cheese and crumbled Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
