- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- pecan halves - 1 c
- dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- solid pack canned pumpkin - 1 c
How to make pecan pumpkin pie:
Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, pumpkin and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool and serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
