- baking soda - 2 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 to
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
How to make pineapple sheet cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature2 c. powdered sugar1/4 c. margarine2 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spray an 11 x 16-inch pan with nonstick coating. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Frosting: Cream ingredients until smooth. Spread over cake while cake is still warm. Sprinkle with more chopped nuts if preferred.
