Russian tea balls
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- fine nuts - 3/4 c
How to make russian tea balls:
Mix butter and vanilla. Sift and stir in flour, salt and nuts. Make 1-inch balls. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. While still warm roll in confectioners sugar. Makes about 35.Two sticks butter equals 1 cup.
