Pecan crispies
Ingredients/Components
- fat - 1/2 c
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- white sugar
- eggs, room temperature - 2 item
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make pecan crispies:
Mix fat, butter, sugar and eggs well. Then add dry ingredients with nuts. Mix well. Cool in refrigerator for about 2 hours or overnight. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
