  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • brown sugar
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • oleo - 1/2 c

How to make pecan crispies:

Cream butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Add nuts. Drop from teaspoon 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
