Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- brown sugar
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
How to make pecan crispies:
Cream butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Add nuts. Drop from teaspoon 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
