Pecan crispies
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 6 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- brown sugar - 6 Tbsp
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted all-purpose flour
- softened margarine - 1/2 c
How to make pecan crispies:
Cream butter and sugar until light; beat in egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes at 375°. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
