Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 6 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 6 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted all-purpose flour
How to make pecan crispies:
Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375° about 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
