Ingredients/Components
- vanilla
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- hot water
- sugar, divided
- cocoa, divided - 7 Tbsp
How to make hot fudge pudding cake:
Heat oven to 350°. In medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan. In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over top. Do not stir. Bake 40 minutes.
