  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • plus 2 Tbsp

How to make cinnamon sugar cookies:

Cream shortening, oleo and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and salt; gradually add to cream mixture. Blend well. Shape into balls and roll into sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake until lightly brown. Take out when appearance is not shiny.
