  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • corn syrup - 2/3 c
  • Rice Krispies - 2 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • mini marshmallows - 3 c
  • salted peanuts - 2 c
  • peanut butter chips - 12 oz

How to make payday cake:

Step One: Mix cake mix, melted butter and egg in mixing bowl. Spread in 9 x 13-inch ungreased cake pan. Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.

Step Two: Spread marshmallows over baked cake and bake for 3 more minutes.

Step Three: Melt corn syrup, chips and vanilla. Add peanuts and Rice Krispies.

Spread over marshmallow layer. Let cool and cut into bars.
