  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 6 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • Crisco - 1 c
  • hot water - 1 tsp
  • white sugar - 3/4 c
  • quick oats - 2 c

How to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies:

Cream together the first 3 ingredients. Beat in the next 2 ingredients. Mix next 3 ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add last 4 ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
