- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- light or dark corn syrup - 3/4 c
- unbaked 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
How to make pecan cream cheese pie:
In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the salt until thick, creamy and smooth. Reserve. In another small bowl, beat 3 eggs just until yolks and whites are combined. Add the corn syrup, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat gently until blended. Spread reserved cream cheese mixture in the bottom of unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with the pecans and gently pour the syrup mixture over the pecans.
