- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- pkg - 8 oz
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- chopped pecans
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
How to make mystery pecan pie:
Topping:1/4 c. sugar1 c. light corn syrup1 tsp. vanilla3 eggs In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg. Blend until smooth. Spread on bottom of unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with pecans. In same bowl, combine topping ingredients and blend well. Pour over pecans. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes until center is firm to touch.
