- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- pkg - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
How to make mystery pecan pie:
Topping:1/4 c. sugar1 c. light corn syrup1 tsp. vanilla3 eggs Heat oven to 375°. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg; blend until smooth. Spread in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with pecans.Combine topping ingredients, mixing well. Pour over pecans in pie shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until center is firm to touch. Cool before serving.
