- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- pkg - 1 1/2
- margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans, divided - 1/2 c
How to make pecan cream cheese bars:
In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, margarine, 1 egg and 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Beat until combined. Mixture will be crumbly. Pat into ungreased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Cream together 2 eggs, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining pecans over mixture. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
