Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- nuts - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- bananas, sliced - 4 item
- sticks butter, softened - 2 item
- pitted cherries - 1 item
- large crushed pineapple in juice - 1 item
- small crushed pineapple in juice - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix 1 stick butter and cracker crumbs together. Pat into 9 x 12-inch pan. Mix sugar, eggs and 2 sticks butter. Beat for 15 minutes until creamy. Pour over crumbs.Place bananas over mixture, then pineapple that has been drained well. Spread Cool Whip over top. Top with cherries and nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
