Peanut butter chocolate cake
Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 2 C
- sugar - 2 C
- baking cocoa - 2/3 C
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 C
- vegetable oil - 2/3 C
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brewed coffee, room temperature - 1 C
- Stir in coffee batter will be thin
- creamy peanut butter - 1/4 C
- Miniature semisweet chocolate chips optional - 1 item
How to make peanut butter chocolate cake:
In mixing bowl add all ingredients, except coffee, and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in coffee (batter will be thin). Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.Frosting:Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
