Coconut cream dessert
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 60 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 lb
- medium bowl of Cool Whip - 1 item
- gallon of vanilla ice cream - 1/2 item
- packages in instant coconut pudding - 2 item
How to make coconut cream dessert:
Mix crackers with melted margarine. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.Beat 1/2 of milk into ice cream in a large bowl. Blend in 1 box of pudding, add remainder of milk and second box of pudding. Mix well. Beat 2 to 3 minutes longer at medium speed until completely mixed. Pour over crackers and refrigerate for 1 hour. Spread 1 medium size bowl of Cool Whip over filling and top with one can of angel flake coconut.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
