Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- rice - 3/4 c
- chopped pimiento - 1/8 c
- envelope onion soup - 1 item
- fryer chicken - 1 item
How to make patio chicken:
Spread dry onion soup mix evenly on bottom of baking dish. Cover with raw rice. Arrange chicken pieces over rice. Combine soup and water; pour over chicken. Scatter mushrooms and pimiento over top. Season with pepper and salt. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
