Ingredients/Components
- water
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- dry onion soup - 1 pkg
- rice any kind - 1 c
- chicken strips or 6 chicken breasts
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Grease casserole dish. Put rice (uncooked) in casserole. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top. Add 2 cups water and stir. Place chicken on top. Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water. Pour over breasts or strips. Season with salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
