Grilled chicken breast
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dried minced onions - 1/2 tsp
- lime juice or lemon juice
- chicken breast halves, deboned and skinned - 4 item
How to make grilled chicken breast:
Marinade:1/4 c. lime juice or lemon juice1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. dried minced onions Combine all marinade ingredients in heavy Zip-Loc plastic bag. Add chicken breasts. Seal bag. Turn to coat chicken with marinade. Let stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.Meanwhile, preheat charcoal grill. Place chicken breasts over medium coals or low setting on gas grill. Cover grill for 5 minutes on each side. (Chicken can also be oven broiled.) Baste with butter after turning. Cook to desired time. Seve hot with buttered noodles.
