Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • skinless, boneless chicken breasts, split in half - 6 item
  • dried beef or very thin slices boiled ham - 1/4 lb
  • bacon slices, cut in thirds uncooked - 4 item
  • small can mushroom caps or slices - 1 item

How to make party chicken:

Line a baking dish with dried beef or ham. Top with chicken. Put bacon slices on top of chicken. Mix soup, sour cream and mushrooms; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 2 hours at 250°.
