Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- granulated garlic - 1/4 tsp
- pecan meal or very finely chopped pecans - 3/4 c
How to make party cheese ball:
Bring cheeses to room temperature and blend well. Stir in onion and garlic. Chill until firm enough to handle. Form into a ball. Spread pecan meal on waxed paper; roll the cheese in the pecan meal to coat. Chill until serving time.
