Ingredients/Components
- water - 3 c
- warm water - 2 c
- yogurt - 3 Tbsp
- powdered milk - 3 c
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make yogurt:
*Plain with active cultures, especially acidophillus is most desirable; this produces the enzymes needed for future batches, thus a one time investment if you reserve 3 tablespoons for next batch from this completed batch.Mix the powdered milk and 3 cups water. Add evaporated milk, mixed with 2 cups warm water. Add unflavored gelatin, softened in boiling water to make 1 cup. Add yogurt.
Preheat oven to 275° and put in yogurt mixture. Turn off oven and leave in overnight or 12 hours.
