Creamy herb dressing
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- honey - 2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- tarragon - 1 tsp
- tarragon vinegar - 1/4 c
How to make creamy herb dressing:
Place all ingredients except oil in a blender container. Blend at high speed; reduce to medium speed. Uncover and pour in the oil in a steady stream. Turn off blender as soon as oil is incorporated and dressing is thick. Makes 1 1/2 cups and stores well in the refrigerator for several weeks.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Salads, Salad dressings.
