  • pkg - 2 oz
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • finely chopped pecans - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of cayenne - 1 item

How to make party cheese ball:

Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix well. Chill. Shape into a ball; roll in nuts. Other ways: Roll in finely chopped
