Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- coarse bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- beaten egg white - 1 item
- skinless fish fillets 1/2 inch thick - 1 lb
How to make parmesan fish fillets:
Wash fish. Pat dry. In a small bowl stir together egg white and water. Mix together crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Dip fish into egg white mixture, then into crumb mixture. Lightly grease large skillet and cook fish in hot skillet for 6Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
