Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- water
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- oregano leaves - 3/4 tsp
- lasagne noodles, cooked and drained - 8 oz
How to make lasagne:
Brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover. Simmer 30 minutes.In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/2 noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
