- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- to 10 medium potatoes - 8 item
How to make party potatoes:
Pare potatoes and boil until tender. Drain. Beat softened cheese and sour cream with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add hot potatoes gradually, beating constantly, until light and fluffy. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in 2-quart casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
