  • egg - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
  • sliced mushrooms - 1/4 c
  • Italian bread crumbs - 1 c
  • green peppers - 1/4 c
  • haddock - 1 lb
  • large jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item

How to make parmesan fish:

Thaw fish. Dip in egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Brown both sides in skillet with butter. Add a little sauce to the bottom of a glass baking dish. Place fish in pan. Put a slice of cheese on top of fish, then sprinkle with mushrooms and green peppers. Add enough sauce to cover. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
