Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
- sliced mushrooms - 1/4 c
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 c
- green peppers - 1/4 c
- haddock - 1 lb
- large jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
How to make parmesan fish:
Thaw fish. Dip in egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Brown both sides in skillet with butter. Add a little sauce to the bottom of a glass baking dish. Place fish in pan. Put a slice of cheese on top of fish, then sprinkle with mushrooms and green peppers. Add enough sauce to cover. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
