Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- oysters - 1 pt
How to make scalloped oysters:
Drain oysters. Combine crumbs, salt, pepper and butter. Sprinkle 1/3 of mixture in a buttered casserole and cover with 1/2 the oysters. Repeat layers. Add Worcestershire to milk and pour over top. Sprinkle 1/3 crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Main dish, Scallops, Casseroles.
