  • butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • medium potatoes - 4 item

How to make pan-fried potatoes:

Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices. In a 12-inch skillet melt the butter or margarine over medium heat. Add sliced potatoes and cook, turning occasionally for 20 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with salt.
