Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 1/2
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- basil leaves - 1 Tbsp
- mushrooms - 1 item
- cooking sherry - 1/3 c
- walnuts, chopped finely - 1/4 c
- sprinkle of chopped parsley - 1 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Clean and remove stems and slice a thin slice off the bottom of cap. Chop stems and saute in butter. Add the bread crumbs, cooking sherry, basil, parsley, walnuts and cheese. Stuff mushroom caps and bake for 20 minutes at 350° or until mushrooms are soft.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
