Pan-fried onion dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- large onion - 1 item
- pinch cayenne pepper - 1 item
How to make pan-fried onion dip:
Peel and thinly slice onions. Saut?© the onion in the butter and oil until the onions are caramelized, about 30 minutes. Cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill for 1 hour.
