- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- potatoes, peeled or unpeeled - 6 item
How to make parmesan potatoes:
Prepare potatoes; soak in cold water. Mix flour, cheese and seasonings in plastic bag. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Dredge potatoes in flour mixture. Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes. Turn potatoes and bake 30 minutes more.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
