- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped bell pepper - 2 c
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 item
- thick pork chops - 6 item
- salt and pepper to season meat with - 1 item
- brown sugar to cut paste taste - 1 item
How to make oven pork chops:
Pan-fry pork chops with salt and pepper only, then put meat, onions, pepper, tomatoes, paste and sugar in roaster pan and cover. Cook at 325° for 1 hour or until meat is well done. Serve over noodles or cooked rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
