  • several pats butter - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 item

How to make fish bake:

Wash fish and place in a baking dish. Pour all ingredients over fish and bake covered for 15 minutes at 350° or until fish is flaky.
