Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- strips bacon - 3 item
- crabmeat - 1/2 lb
- flounder - 1 4
- packaged stuffing - 1/2 pkg
How to make stuffed flounder:
Cut a pocket on each side of backbone of fish. Mix together the stuffing, crab and lemon juice. Stuff the pockets with stuffing mixture. Lay bacon strips on the stuffed pockets. Bake at 350° in a well greased dish.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Sole and flounder.
