Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- peanut butter creamy - 2 Tbsp
- pork lean - 2 lb
How to make chinese barbecue pork:
Cut pork into 1-inch thick strips. Mix the last 4 ingredients and soak the pork in it. Spread the pork in a baking pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Baking pan should be dry and pork fat starting to come out.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
