Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 3/4
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- pickle relish - 2 Tbsp
- slightly beaten egg - 1 item
How to make salmon loaf:
Drain salmon; reserve liquid. Add enough milk for 1 cup. Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients and pack in greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
