Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- crushed cornflakes - 2 3
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chicken, cut up - 1 item
- Cajun seasoning optional - 1/4 tsp
How to make oven fried chicken:
Shake chicken in bag with flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Whip egg whites in medium bowl until slightly frothy. Dip rolled chicken in egg, then into crushed cornflakes. Bake on oiled baking sheet at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and done in center.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
