Easy chicken marsala
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- fresh sliced mushrooms - 1 pkg
- , cut 1/2 inch thick - 1 item
- chicken breasts, with or without bones - 4 item
- cans Cream of Golden Mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make easy chicken marsala:
Melt butter and saut mushrooms in butter on medium heat. Remove mushrooms from skillet and set aside. Lightly sprinkle chicken w/Lawry's seasoning salt and sear in mushroom butter on medium-high heat. Add two cans of soup and mushrooms. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for one hour, checking occasionally to turn and stir sauce.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
