Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- water - 2/3 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- ketchup
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 4 Tbsp
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- to 12 pieces chicken - 10 item
How to make barbecued chicken:
Melt margarine and add all ingredients but chicken. Bring to a boil, then simmer slowly for 30 minutes. Let cool. Marinate chicken in 1/2 to 3/4 of barbecue sauce for a minimum of 24 hours.
