Ingredients/Components
- can French onion soup - 1 item
- can cream of potato soup - 1 item
- lean beef stew - 3 lb
- chopped carrots optional - 1 item
- chopped potatoes optional - 1 item
How to make oven beef stew:
Mix together all ingredients and seal tightly in pan with aluminum foil. Bake in 300° oven for 3 hours. Do not open until cooking time is over. (If adding vegetables, may also want to add 1 can cream of mushroom soup.) Great main dish for Sunday dinner.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
