Spanish steak



  • flour - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • catsup - 3/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • can tomatoes - 1 item
  • round steak - 1 lb

How to make spanish steak:

Flour steak and brown in pan. Place in casserole dish. In pan, place onion, pepper, tomatoes, catsup, water, salt and pepper. Let simmer 5 minutes, then pour over steak in casserole. Cook at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
