Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- catsup - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- round steak - 1 lb
How to make spanish steak:
Flour steak and brown in pan. Place in casserole dish. In pan, place onion, pepper, tomatoes, catsup, water, salt and pepper. Let simmer 5 minutes, then pour over steak in casserole. Cook at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Steak.
