Beef stroganoff



  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • onion salt - 1/4 tsp
  • mushrooms - 1/2 lb
  • flour self-rising - 3 Tbsp
  • diced onions - 1/2 c
  • can beef broth - 1 item
  • egg noodles - 1 item
  • sirloin steak - 1 lb

How to make beef stroganoff:

Cut meat into strips and set aside. Melt butter in skillet. Add onions and mushrooms and saute until onions are clear. Add meat and brown. Add beef broth, salt, garlic powder and onion salt. Cover and cook 5 minutes. In another bowl, stir flour into sour cream and blend well. Reduce heat to low and add sour cream mixture. Heat until thick and serve over cooked noodles.
