Beef tips and gravy
Ingredients/Components
- beef, cut into bite size pieces - 2 lb
- large onion, sliced in rings - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup undiluted - 1 item
- can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make beef tips and gravy:
Place onion rings in baking dish. Cover with beef tips. Mix soups and pour over beef. Cover and bake at 250° for 3 hours. Serve over rice. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, One Dish meal.
