  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 lb
  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • 4 oz - 1 lb
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • pineapple juice from crushed pineapple - 1 Tbsp
  • Add eggs; beat and add cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut

How to make out-of-this-world cake:

Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs; beat and add cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut. Add baking powder. Mix and then add milk. Divide batter into three greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until cakes test done. Remove from pans and assemble cake with icing.Icing:1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 Tbsp. pineapple juice (from crushed pineapple)1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained Cream margarine and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and pineapple juice. Beat until creamy. Spread icing over top of each cake layer, then top with drained, crushed pineapple. Store in refrigerator.
