  • oil - 2/3 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • small can mandarin oranges undrained - 1 item
  • tub nondairy whipped topping or Cool Whip - 1 medium

How to make out-of-this-world cake:

Frosting:1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained1 medium (12 oz.) tub nondairy whipped topping or Cool Whip Mix all cake ingredients together; bake as directed on package for cake mix in three (9-inch) pans or one (13 x 9 x 2-inch) pan. When cool, frost with frosting.

Frosting: Mix pudding and pineapple; fold in nondairy topping. Refrigerate cake to maintain texture of whipped topping.
